If we want to be the leaders of our life, we must stop allowing everything else to dictate what we focus on. Now that you’ve identified your three main needle movers, and your TOP priority, it’s crucial to schedule these into your diary.
There is always room in your day to do the things that move the needle. By scheduling in action points that are directly correlated to moving the needle, you’re going to feel empowered. It helps you to feel more in charge of not only your results and the ability to move forward, but in charge of your life and your destiny. When your needle movers are obvious, you’ll also feel more at peace.

Start small and build your confidence. Take the “quick wins” (or the easiest action points) and begin scheduling them into your week by using My Productivity Planner. Remember to include at least one that focuses on your TOP priority. You want to include around 1-3 needle moving action points per week.
